Another fantastic recipe from Vin Rouge‘s Michael Maller, a nice twist on the Flip that was inevitable with the Flying Pepper.

Ingredients
1.5 oz Flying Pepper Tobago Vodka
.75 oz lime juice
.75 oz simple syrup
.25 oz Del Maguey Vida Mezcal
1 egg white
3 dashes Crude Bitters Bitterless Marriage Hibiscus Bitters
Instructions Combine all ingredients (except bitters) in two piece shaker. Shake first with ice, then add ice and shake a second time. Strain into Coupe glass, top with Bitters
