Fair Game Summer Daiquiri

We had the chance in May 2017 to be a part of a dinner fundraiser for Jamie Kirk Hahn Foundation with Chef Scott Crawford at Burkett Farm. The event raised over $48,000 to support their fantastic mission of helping the helpers around the triangle. Our friends at FOUNDATION created a pair of delicious cocktails featuring our Flying Pepper, Apple Brandy and Amber Rum. Check out the Cool Cucumber for the other cocktail created for this event.

Ingredients

2 oz Fair Game Amber Rum

3/4 oz fresh lime juice

3/4 oz simple syrup

strawberries

snap peas


Instructions Muddle one or two strawberries in the bottom of a mixing tin.

Add lime juice, simple syrup, Amber Rum, and ice, and shake to chill.

Strain over ice and garnish with a freshly snapped snap pea.
