Fair Game Summer Daiquiri

We had the chance in May 2017 to be a part of a dinner fundraiser for Jamie Kirk Hahn Foundation with Chef Scott Crawford at Burkett Farm. The event raised over $48,000 to support their fantastic mission of helping the helpers around the triangle. Our friends at FOUNDATION created a pair of delicious cocktails featuring our Flying Pepper, Apple Brandy, and Amber Rum. Check out the Cool Cucumber for the other cocktail created for this event.

Ingredients

2 oz Fair Game Amber Rum

1.5 oz House-made Strawberry Liqueur

1 oz fresh lime juice

1 oz simple syrup

Instructions:

Combine ingredients over ice in a shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass of your choice. Drink straight up or over ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
