Our friend Craig Rudewicz of Crude Bitters in Raleigh is a talented mixologist in addition to being a bitters alchemist. He provides loads of fun cocktails using our spirits and wines, and chose to create a cocktail with our Flying Pepper when he was featured in Walter Magazine. Give El Cardenal a shot – it doesn’t get more invigorating than this one!

Ingredients
1 oz blanco tequila
1 oz Fair Game Flying Pepper
1 oz Crude Bitters Grapefruit Shrub
1/4 oz simple syrup
1 dropper (full) Crude Bitters Rizzo bitters
seltzer water
Instructions
In a collins glass filled with ice, add all ingredients except seltzer water and bitters.
Stir to incorporate.
Top with seltzer water to taste, and add the full dropper of Rizzo bitters. Garnish with a rosemary sprig or a slice of grapefruit, and serve.
