Eve’s Apple

Created with the guidance of our friend Michael Maller, this delicious & offbeat recipe was created for Abundance NC’s Bereavement Ball in July of 2017.

Ingredients

2 ounce Fair Game Apple Brandy

3/4 ounce dry vermouth Dolin preferred

1/4 ounce maple syrup

2 dash Crude Rosemary-Grapefruit-Peppercorn bitters

Instructions Combine Apple Brandy, Vermouth and Maple Syrup in shaker with ice. Shake and strain into glass. Dash with Crude Rosemary Grapefruit Peppercorn bitters.
