Foundation Bar's Dragonfly Net

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Fair Game No'Lasses

1 oz fresh grapefruit juice

1/4 oz fresh lime juice

1/2 oz honey syrup (1:1)

dash Scrappies Celery Bitters

grapefruit zest

Instructions Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

The honey syrup in this cocktail is made from 1 part honey to 1 part water, heated just enough to dissolve the honey.
