Dark & Stormy

This is our distiller Chris’s go-to after a day in the distillery, and for good reason.  We especially love it with our No’Lasses, but it’s perfect with our Amber Rum as well.

Prep Time 2 minutes

Ingredients 2 oz Fair Game No'Lasses

1/2 oz fresh lime juice

ginger beer

Instructions Combine No'Lasses and lime juice in a highball glass over ice.

Stir, and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve.

We love to pair Quinnger Beer, an all-natural ginger beer out of Raleigh with our No'Lasses sorghum rum.
