It’s a classic!  Don’t lump this recipe in with its overly-syrupy cousins that pop up on $6 drink menus.  We love this cocktail with our Amber Rum, but its clean flavor blends perfectly with our No’Lasses or Carolina Agricole – try it with whatever you’ve got!

Prep Time 2 minutes

Ingredients 2 oz Fair Game Amber Rum

1 oz fresh lime juice

1 oz simple syrup

Instructions Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.

Shake well, then strain into a chilled coupe glass. Serve.
