Ingredients
1.5 oz Fair Game Apple Brandy.
5 oz Strawberry Shrub.
5 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth.
25 oz Verjus
Instructions
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass & strain into a martini glass. Garnish with orange peel and fresh lavender to serve.
