We love making this drink for Valentine’s day each year!

Prep Time 2 minutes
Warm coconut milk (in double boiler, microwave, or carefully in a pot).
Add chopped chocolate and whisk gently until chocolate is fully incorporated.
Stir in Ferris.
Chill and enjoy!
Instructions Add the Carolina Agricole, lime juice, and sugarcane syrup in the bottom of a champagne flute.
Stir to combine. Top with sparkling wine, and serve.
We've made this recipe with cow's milk and cream as well, but in the end the version with coconut milk was always the winner - plus it's a nice treat for folks who can't consume dairy.
